Recipe Generator

How about a recipe generator thread? We all get lots of the same stuff:

pasta
red potatoes
mustard
olives
pickles
guacamole
cocina beans
canned pineapple
canned corn
croutons

I also have boneless skinless chicken, pulled pork (for daaaaaays!) and eckrich? sausage in the freezer

Huh. I made an olive tapenade already, and, while it's good, is really really salty. All I see is potato salad and maybe chicken salad. Any suggestions?

    I see fajitas...pork, chicken, corn, guacamole, beans, and a few more favorites or Hawaiian pork sliders with pork and pineapple.

    ramos, yum to pork sliders. How do I make my pork hawaiian? I bought yet another pork butt 2 days ago and I'm crock potting it overnight. This makes #5 in recent weeks. I like to cook it, portion, freeze, thaw, heat and eat.

    I use teriyaki sauce that I heat up and add some cornstarch to thicken to use as my 'barbecue' sauce and plop it on Hawaiian rolls!

    Where's the teriyaki sauce? Powder mix? Liquid?

    I made a cold corn salad with the Libby's corn:

    1 can corn, drained
    1 small red onion, diced
    1 celery rib, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    1 T chopped cilantro
    Toss with dressing & chill. I make my own italian dressing/vinaigrette now:

    apple cider vinegar
    olive oil
    2 T dijon mustard
    minced garlic or garlic powder
    onion powder
    basil
    oregano

    store in cruet on counter for up to 1 week

    I made a mustard-based bbq sauce yesterday to use up some of the French's:

    I subbed the McCormick Gourmet Collection Chicken Taco seasoning (free w/coupons several months ago) for the chili powder and omitted the white pepper. It was really good on the pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw.
